“Ugh, we’ve been walking for hours.  Can’t we take a break?” asked Lyn.  The four apprentices were retracing the course of the lava flow in hopes of finding a point that they could cross over to its far side.

“Alright,” consented Loziras as he looked about at their surroundings.  Towering about them were the mighty mountains of the Southern barrier, a small thin chain that sat on the eastern flank of the Dividing Wall.
