Part one of the story takes place 10 years prior to the prologue.
Where once the Templar numbered in the hundreds of thousands, now only a fraction remain. While making a valiant effort to stand against the tide of darkness, they are defeated, and forced to flee before it, as it is with the rest of their world. Only a few continue to resist as they flee south, in hopes of linking up with other forces…but it is already too late.

Our story revolves around a small band of warriors, caught in events larger than themselves, larger than our world, and decided to do something about it.
